Susan Roy Hines-Certified Judge

Susan Roy Hines is a native of Houston, Texas. Ms. Hines received her undergraduate degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, majoring in Piano Performance. She continued her studies at the University of Houston where she studied with Nancy Weems. Her Masters of Music is in Piano Performance and Piano Pedagogy. Susan is currently a Professor of Music at Houston Community College-Central Campus. Along with her many duties and teaching schedule at the college, she also finds time to accompany vocalists. Ms. Hines is an active member of the Houston Metropolitan Music Teachers Association and has served at the state level of the Texas Music Teachers Association.
